PUBLIC NOTICE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL SPECIAL BUDGET MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in compliance with the provisions of the “Open Public MeetingsAct” of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 10:4 et seq., specifically N.J.S.A. 10:4-8 (d), the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fanwood, County of Union, State of New Jersey, advises that a Special Meeting scheduled on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, will start at 6:00 p.m. est. The meeting will be conducted at the Fanwood Borough Hall, Mayor & Council Chambers (courtroom),75 North Martine Avenue, Fanwood NJ 07023.
At the time of this notice, the purpose of the meeting is to discuss matters related to the preparation of the CY 2023 Municipal Budget. Formal action may be taken. This meeting is open to the public. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to enter closed executive session, perN.J.S.A. 10:4-12.
