It is with great disappointment that we announce the 2026 Fanny Wood Day Street Fair, scheduled for Sunday, September 27, has been canceled due to the forecasted Nor’easter, which is expected to bring winds of 40+ mph and heavy rain to our area.
While we were looking forward to another wonderful Fanny Wood Day, the safety of our vendors, participants, volunteers, and everyone attending the event is our highest priority. With the severe weather conditions being forecast, we believe cancelling this year’s event is the safest and most responsible decision.
We sincerely thank all of our vendors, sponsors, organizations, volunteers, entertainers, and community members who worked so hard to prepare for this year’s event. We greatly appreciate your support and understanding.
We are disappointed that we won’t be able to celebrate together this year, but Fanny Wood Day will be back in 2027!
We look forward to seeing everyone at Fanny Wood Day next year!
