Final 2026 Property Tax Bills have been mailed

The Borough has now mailed final 2026 property tax bills.

This bill follows the estimated third quarter bill previously mailed and is calculated using the actual tax rate for the year.

The next tax payment is due on November 1^st and the last day of the grace period is November 10^th. If you wish to enroll in AutoPay, the last day to sign up in time for the fourth quarter is October 25^th.

There are many easy ways to pay – online at www.fanwoodnj.org (click “Tax/Utility Look Up & Payment”), via your bank’s BillPay service (see the Tax Collector page on the website for important instructions), using the 24/7 dropbox located by the entrance to Borough Hall, by mail or in person by visiting the Scotch Plains Municipal Building at 430 Park Avenue.
