This is where all of your post text goes. On the right hand side in your Post Editor, you will find a Featured Image section. What a Featured Image does is create the thumbnail image associated with this post, so when the post is being displayed either on the Home page or the News page, it will show a preview of the text within the post, in addition to the thumbnail, as well as be the main image that is displayed above the page title.
For best practices, when ever making references to outside parties, highlight the text and hyperlink their website.
