- November 16: Sales Open to Fanwood Resident for new permits and renewals
- November 30: Sales Open to Scotch Plains residents for renewals only
- December 7: Sales Open to Scotch Plains residents for new permit applications
Annual Fee
- Fanwood residents: $350
- Non-Fanwood residents: $650
