The Mayor & Council of the Borough of Fanwood is soliciting written responses, through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, to a Request for Qualification (“RFQ”), for the following services for the Borough of Fanwood:
- Special Counsel Services in relation to Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
- Special Counsel Services in relation to Human Resources.
The RFQ document be available at https://fanwoodnj.org/government/bidsrfprfq/ beneath the Header “RFQs for 2021 Period”. RFQs will be available starting Tuesday, December 22, 2020.
