Due to the intensity of this storm, Public Works will be continuing snow removal operations throughout the day and as of this morning has plowed all borough streets numerous times. Statewide travel restrictions remain in effect until 12:00 pm, subject to change.
Reminder: 
Shovel Smart: When clearing your driveway, shovel snow to the right (when facing the street). This way, the plow carries snow away from your driveway instead of back into it. Also, it is advised not to shovel the last 10 feet of your driveway until the storm is finished and Public Works has completely plowed your street from curb to curb. The snow will create a barrier and will help keep additional snow from being pushed back into your driveway.
