MAYOR AND COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in compliance with the provisions of the “Open Public Meetings Act” of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 10:4 et seq., specifically N.J.S.A. 10:4-8 (d), the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fanwood, County of Union, State of New Jersey, advises that there will be a Special Meeting scheduled on Monday, May 5, 2025 at 6:00 EST. The meeting will be conducted at the Fanwood Borough Hall, Mayor & Council Chambers (courtroom), 75 North Martine Avenue, Fanwood NJ 07023.
At the time of this notice, the purpose of the meeting is to discuss matters of Personnel and Attorney/Client Privilege. No formal action will be taken. This meeting is open to the public. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to enter closed executive session, per N.J.S.A. 10:4-12.
