The Borough of Fanwood Mayor and Council are soliciting written responses, through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-0.5 to a Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) for the provision of an Owner Representative to Oversee the Construction of the New Fanwood Memorial Library.
