Fanwood Mayor Colleen Mahr and Scotch Plains Mayor Joshua Losardo sat down with Scotch Plains-Fanwood Board of Education Superintendent Dr. Joan Mast and Amy Winkler, Fanwood’s representative on the school board, to discuss the Tuesday, January 28th school bond referendum. The referendum seeks voters’ approval regarding acquisition of the former LaGrande School in Fanwood as well as district-wide upgrades to mechanical, heating, and electrical systems, and an operating budget for the new school.
