SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in compliance with the provisions of the “Open PublicMeetings Act” of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 10:4 et seq., specifically N.J.S.A. 10:4-8 (d),the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fanwood, County of Union, State of New Jersey, advises that the Work Session Agenda Meeting scheduled on Monday, March 27, 2023 at 6:00 est. The meeting will be conducted virtually on the ZOOM platform by electronic, telephonic communications, video telephony and/or teleconference means. Elected Officials, professionals, employees, and members of the public may participate virtually. The meeting WILL NOT be conducted at the Fanwood Borough Hall, Mayor & Council Chambers (courtroom), 75 North Martine Avenue, Fanwood NJ 07023.
At the time of this notice, the purpose of the meeting is to discuss matters related to the appointment of a temporary Municipal Clerk. The agenda items may include, but are not limited to: Presentations, Communications, Reports, Public Comments, Approval of Resolutions, Formal action will be taken. This meeting is open to the public. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to enter closed executive session, per N.J.S.A. 10:4-12.
