MAYOR AND COUNCIL SPECIAL BUDGET MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in compliance with the provision of the “Open Public Meetings Act” of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A.10:4 et seq., specifically N.J.S.A. 10:4-8(d), the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fanwood, County of Union and State of New Jersey, advises that a Meeting will be held on February 9, 2023 at 6:30 pm at the Fanwood Borough Hall, Mayor and Council Chambers, 75 North Martine Avenue, Fanwood, New Jersey 07023. At the time of this notice, the purpose of the meeting is to discuss matters relating to the preparation of the CY 2023 Municipal Budget. Formal action may be taken. This meeting is open to the public. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to enter into closed executive session, per N.J.S.A. 10:4-12.
