SPF Ministerium and Scotch Plains and Fanwood Townships have partnered to help all Scotch Plains/Fanwood federal workers affected by the government shutdown.

As the shutdown heads into its fourth week, the SPF Ministerium and the Townships recognize that it is becoming a hardship for some of our community families. We want our families to know that we are here to help.

If you are a government employee in need of assistance, we are ready and willing to help with a variety of resources. All you have to do is fill out an application and deliver it to the Mayor’s office in Fanwood or the Clerk’s office in Scotch Plains and register. Information will be handled with discretion; recognizing that this is a difficult and stressful time for families. We hop that you find comfort in knowing that your community cares and is here to help.
