Fanwood Soldier returns Home

Fanwood Army Reservist Capt. Patrick Moore returned home today after almost a year of deployment including the past eight months in Iraq. His arrival was a surprise event for his twins, Reland and Spencer, third graders at School One, and the rest of the school which greeted him with applause as he reunited with his children.

The event was engineered with military precision by his wife, Michele Moore, a member of the Fanwood Planning Board, School One principal Justin Fiory and with the assistance of the Fanwood Police. Fanwood Mayor Colleen Mahr was also on hand. Welcome home, Capt. Moore!
