AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF FANWOOD, COUNTY OF UNION, AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY AMENDING CHAPTER 110 OF THE BOROUGH CODE REGARDING THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
The purpose of this ordinance is to amend its ordinance on the hours of sale of alcoholic beverages on Sundays in the Borough of Fanwood;
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this ordinance was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the governing body of the Borough of Fanwood, in the County of Union, State of New Jersey, on September 15, 2025. It will be further considered for final passage, after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of the governing body to be held at Borough Hall, Council/Court Chambers, 75 N. Martine Avenue, New Jersey, on October 6, 2025 or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard at which time and place public hearing will be held prior to final passage of said ordinance and all persons will be given the opportunity to be heard concerning the same; at any time and place to which the meeting for the further consideration of the ordinance shall be adjourned. During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting copies of the full ordinance will be available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Municipal Clerk’s office for the members of the general public who shall request the same.
