NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in compliance with the provisions of the “Open Public Meetings Act” of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 10:4 et seq., specifically N.J.S.A. 10:4-8 (d), the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fanwood, County of Union, State of New Jersey, advises that the Cou cil Meeting scheduled on Monday, October 17, 2022 will now start at 6:00p.m. est. This is a change to the previously noticed start time of 7:00 p.m. est. The meeting will be conducted at the Fanwood Borough Hall, Mayor & Council Chambers (courtroom), 75 North Martine Avenue, Fanwood NJ 07023.
At the time of this notice, the purpose of the meeting is to conduct regular monthly business.
The agenda items may include, but are not limited to: Presentations, Communications, Appointments, Reports, Public Comments, Public Hearings, Payment of Claims, Approval of Minutes, Consent Agenda, Consideration of Ordinances, Approval of Resolutions, Miscellaneous (Unfinished) Business. Formal action will be taken. This meeting is open to the public.
The Mayor and Council reserve the right to enter closed executive session, per N.J.S.A. 10:4-12.
