Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fanwood
August 1, 2022 Work Session Meeting
PLEASE BE ADVISED in compliance with the provisions of the “Open Public Meetings Act” of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 10:4 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 40:45A-1, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fanwood, County of Union, State of New Jersey, advises that the August 2022 Work/Agenda Meeting will be held on August 1, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. by electronic, telephonic communications, videotelephony and/or teleconference means. Elected Officials, professionals, and employees may participate virtually.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN The agenda items may include but are not limited to: Remarks by the Mayor and Council, Presentations, Various Communications, Reports, Public Comments, Approval of Resolutions. Formal action may be taken. The Governing Body reserves the right to enter closed executive session, per N.J.S.A. 10:4-12. The agenda will be published on the official Borough of Fanwood website (www.fanwoodnj.org).
The meeting will be conducted by means of electronic, telephonic communications, and/or videotelephony-teleconference. All meetings will be broadcast on the local access television within 24 hours following conclusion. Meetings are also live broadcast on https://www.facebook.com/fanwoodnewjersey/. Live streams are available to viewers with or without a Facebook account. Viewers without a Facebook account can access the stream directly using the livestream URL above. Elected Officials, professionals, and employees may participate in the meeting virtually.
