Fanwood’s annual residential bulk waste pickup program begins September 23rd. Larger items including rugs, mattresses, furniture, window air conditioners and more may be picked up at your curb.
Collection dates:
- Northeast and Northwest Quadrants: September 23
- Southeast and Southwest Quadrants: September 30
Bulk waste pickup requires a permit for a one-time pickup of material not to exceed 750 lbs. The deadline to submit an application is September 6th. You must display your permit in a window or door facing the street. Materials shall not obstruct roadways or sidewalks. Hazardous waste and food are unacceptable for this program.
