2023 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor & Council of the Borough of Fanwood is soliciting written responses, through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, to a Request for Qualification (“RFQ”), for the following services for the Borough of Fanwood:

 

Appraisal Services

Conflict Attorney

Dental & Life Insurance Broker

Environmental Attorney Services

Redevelopment Legal Services

 

All professional service contractors are required to comply with the MANDATORY MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

  1. Stockholder Disclosure Certification
  2. Non-Collusion Affidavit
  3. Affirmative Action Compliance Notice
  4. Affirmative Action Mandatory Language
  5. Americans with Disabilities Act Mandatory Language
  6. Notice of Pending Disclosure Requirement (“Pay to Play”)
  7. Business Registration Certificate to be presented with proposal (may register online at nj.gov/treasury/revenue/busregcert.shtml)

 

The RFQ document be available at https://fanwoodnj.org/government/bidsrfprfq/ beneath the Header “RFQs for 2023 Period”. RFQs will be available starting Thursday January 12, 2023. All responses to an RFQ must be submitted by regular mail or overnight courier before noon on Thursday, January 26, 2023 to:
