(Trenton, NJ) — The State Planning Commission will conduct six public hearings to receive testimony on the draft final New Jersey State Development and Redevelopment Plan and the draft Infrastructure Needs Assessment.
Virtual hearings will be held on the following dates: Tuesday, October 14, at 6 pm; Wednesday, October 15, at 9 am; Thursday, October 16, at 6 pm, and Friday, October 17, at 9 am.
In-person hearings will be held on Tuesday, October 14 at 9:30 a.m. at the Burlington County Library, Auditorium, 5 Pioneer Blvd., Westampton Township, NJ, and Wednesday, October 15 at 6 p.m. at the Morris County Public Safety Training Academy, 500 West Hanover Avenue, Morristown, NJ.
Should the Tuesday, October 14 in-person hearing scheduled at the Burlington County Library be canceled, a virtual hearing will take place on Thursday, October 16 at 9 a.m. Should the Wednesday, October 15 in-person hearing scheduled at Morris County Public Safety Training Academy be canceled, a virtual hearing will take place on Thursday, October 16 at 9 a.m.

The public may comment at the hearing or may submit written comments to the Office for Planning Advocacy at any time up to 30 days after the last public hearing.
