NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in compliance with the provisions of the “Open Public Meetings Act” of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 10:4 etseq., specifically N.J.S.A. 10:4-8 (d), the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fanwood, County of Union, State of New Jersey, advises that the Special Meeting scheduled on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. est. Formal action may be taken. This meeting is open to the public. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to enter closed executive session to discuss attorney-client privileged matters relating to affordable housing planning, per N.J.S.A. 10:4-12.
