The Borough of Fanwood Public Works Department is seeking an experienced vendor to provide leaf hauling from the Borough to the Union County Conservation Center in Springfield, NJ.
Quote Due Date: Tuesday, March 30, 2021
PROGRAM SPECIFICATIONS
• Contractor to provide a minimum of three (3) 75-100 cubic yard trucks a minimum of two (2)
days per week.
• Leaf pickup from: Fanwood Recycling Center, 536 North Ave. Fanwood, NJ
Leaf delivery to: Union County Conservation Center, 301 Shunpike Road Springfield, NJ.
• Approximate Start Date: Week of October 18
Approximate End Date: December 31
Start & end dates are subject to change at the discretion of the Public Works Director.
• Borough of Fanwood will provide wheel loader and operator to load trucks accordingly.
VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
• Contractor and/or sub-contractors must be a registered business with New Jersey and provide the appropriate certificate.
• Contractor and/or sub-contractors must also supply an insurance certificate with the Borough of Fanwood as additional insured for liability, workers compensation and auto liability.
• Contractor and/or sub-contractors must provide and certify a list of available 75-100 cubic yard trucks in fleet.
