Requests should be directed to Pat Hoynes, Purchasing Agent, at the address listed below. The RFQ will then be transmitted to the inquirer by regular mail, e-mail, or can be picked up at the Fanwood Borough Hall. RFQs will be available on and after Thursday, November 14, 2019. All responses to an RFQ must be submitted by mail, overnight courier, and/or in person on or before noon, Thursday, December 5, 2019 at the following address:
