MEETING NOTICE
Meetings of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fanwood to be held via video and telephone conference.
INFORMATION FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, THE SPECIAL MEETING AND THE AGENDA MEETING SCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 2, 2020 PURSUANT TO THE OPEN PUBLIC MEETING ACT N.J.S.A. 10:4-8 and N.J.S.A. 10:4-9.
In accordance with Resolution No. 20-01-01 as adopted on January 5, 2020, the Agenda Meeting along with the Redevelopment Agency Meeting and Special Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fanwood will be held on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 6pm, EDT; and The Meetings are now scheduled as follows: The Special Meeting will commence at 6pm, Eastern Time on Monday, November 2, 2020 with a planned Executive Session to discuss matters related to personnel; The Redevelopment Agency Meeting will immediately follow the Special Meeting with an Executive Session for matters related to contract negotiations; and The Agenda Meeting to immediately follow the Redevelopment Agency Meeting on Monday, November 2, 2020. Mayor Colleen Mahr and Members of Council will hold the Redevelopment Agency Meeting, the Special Meeting and the Agenda Meeting via Video Conference.
