The Fanwood Board of Health urges all our residents to take part in a public health survey that aims to identify issues in our community that will allow our public health infrastructure to make life healthier, happier and more vibrant. The anonymous survey is being conducted by the Westfield Regional Health Department, which covers Fanwood. Please take a couple minutes to complete the survey. The results will be published in early Fall.
