For the 29th consecutive year, volunteers came to the Fanwood train station on Saturday, April 21st, to organize into groups to clean up parts of our town for our annual Community Clean Up. The event, organized by the Dept. of Public Works and the Clean Community Committee, attracted dozens of volunteers to pick up trash and debris throughout the town. Each volunteer received a t-shirt and tote bag plus bagels from Fanwood Bagel and pizza from Nick’s Pizza. DPW Director Clint Dicksen and the Clean Community volunteers are the driving forces behind our event, which attracts people from all walks of life to clean up our town.
