NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in compliance with the provisions of the “Open Public Meetings Act” of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 10:4 etseq., specifically N.J.S.A. 10:4-8 (d), the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fanwood, County of Union, State of New Jersey, advises that the Regular Meeting originally scheduled on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. est. will now be held on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted at the Fanwood Borough Hall, Mayor & Council Chambers (courtroom), 75 North Martine Avenue, Fanwood NJ 07023.
Formal action may be taken. This meeting is open to the public. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to enter closed executive session, per N.J.S.A. 10:4-12.
