The Mayor & Council of the Borough of Fanwood is soliciting written responses, through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, to a Request For Qualification (“RFQ”), for professional planning services for the Fanwood Council Redevelopment Agency.
