SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in compliance with the provisions of the “Open Public Meetings Act” of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 10:4 et seq., specifically N.J.S.A. 10:4-8 (d), the Board of Health of the Borough of Fanwood, County of Union, State of New Jersey, advises that a Meeting will be held on September 12, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. est. The meeting will be conducted by means of electronic, telephonic communications, and/or videotelephony-teleconference.
At the time of this notice, the purpose of the meeting is to discuss and vote on matters related to
Ordinance Amending Chapter 354, Sanitary Regulations
Matters Falling Within Attorney Client Privilege
Formal action will be taken. This meeting is open to the public. The Board of Health reserves the right to enter closed executive session, per N.J.S.A. 10:4-12.
