The Mayor & Council of the Borough of Fanwood is soliciting written responses, through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, to a Request for Qualification (“RFQ”), for the following services for the Borough of Fanwood:

Requests should be directed to Pat Hoynes, Purchasing Agent, at the address listed below. The RFQ will then be transmitted to the inquirer by regular mail, e-mail, or can be picked up at the Fanwood Borough Hall. RFQs will be available on and after Wednesday, November 28, 2018. All responses to an RFQ must be submitted by mail, overnight courier, and/or in person on or before noon, Thursday, December 13, 2018 at the following address:
